Shipping policy

We deliver nationwide on a 48 hour working day service. As such, orders received Mon-Weds are delivered to you the same week, orders received Thurs-Sun are delivered to you at the start of the following week.
Dalston local delivery (within a 2 mile radius) is offered Weds to Sat as next day delivery by bike courier.
Orders received after 6pm will be processed the following day.
Collection from either Hacha Dalston or Hacha Brixton is available during opening hours. If you choose this option please email us to confirm which venue and have a copy of your email receipt ready to show our team when you arrive.
